"Can I please go outside again?"
Meghan at 3 Years

"I love the snow!"
Max at 1 Year

"We love winter in Iowa!"

Breed: Siberian HuskyWeight: 52 pounds
Gender: Female
Favorite Food: They both love Flint River Ranch Lamb, Millet, and Rice, and their favorite treats are the Flint River Ranch Trout and Potato Wafers.
Favorite Activities: They love anything snow related! Winters in Iowa might not be as long or as cold as in Siberia (thank goodness!), but Meghan and Max take advantage of every day they can. They love their Saturday morning walks (at 4:30 AM) with "dad" in the snow. Of course, Mark is all bundled up in a parka, mask, hat, and gloves, but the "kids" are content in their fur coats. The colder the better, as far as Meghan and Max are concerned. On days when it is well below zero, they've both been known to lie out in the yard and take a nap in the snow!
Story: Meghan came to us compliments of an ad posted in the local grocery store. We were lucky to get her because there were only two pups left in her litter. She actually belongs to my son, but I keep telling him there is no way I'm letting him take her with him when he moves out!

Breed: Siberian HuskyWeight: 61 pounds
Gender: Male
Favorite Place to Sleep: Of course, both of the "kids" sleep with their people at night, and sometimes they even leave us a little room in the bed. There is nothing better than a warm, fluffy Siberian Husky on a cold winter night.
Special Skills or Responsibilities: They're great bed warmers! Forget electric blankets, get a Husky!
Story: Max was registered and we found him online. He was the only pup left in his litter. We drove about 6 hours into Kansas to pick him up and he slept like a baby in the car carrier almost all the way home.
