Chloe at 3 Years

Breed: Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso MixWeight: 12 pounds
Gender: Female
Special Skills or Responsibilities: Chloe is a excellent pet. Through training she now walks the neighborhood with us without a leash and obeys are every command quickly.
Story: My niece works at a local vet clinic/hospital here in Springfield, Illinois. Chloe was brought to clinic by a lady who almost hit her on one of the busiest streets here in town. My niece did all the correct things to find the owner, ads in newspaper, call the pound, etc. To no avail no one claimed her. So my niece calls and wants to talk with my wife and I but she will not tell us about what. We wait for three days and my niece shows up with Chloe. My wife falls in love with Chloe and her story. So needless to say we adopt Chloe. After the second day of her being with us she runs away, this was a drizzly day in middle of January. Weather was around 34 degrees and it rained all night. Chloe was gone all night. We thought she would be dead, froze to death somewhere. The next day our neighbors calls us and says Chloe was in our driveway when he went home for lunch. She had survived her ordeal.
